NOVEMBER 2007 - Tracy Mooney traveled to Trichy, India for three weeks to minister with Pastor Monydoss and his pastors at Power Christian Assembly Church. While there she was very excited to dedicate the first church that Vanguard Ministries built in India. Through having a fundraiser the previous summer, Vanguard Ministries was able to raise the $5,000 needed to build this village church.
