Application Procedure

  1. Each applicant must complete the admissions application. Until the application is available online, please contact Vanguard Ministries via email to receive an application packet. All applications must be submitted with a registration fee of $20 (non-refundable). Please make check or money order payable to Vanguard Ministries.
  2. Submit a digital photo or passport style photo.
  3. Three references must be submitted along with application. References can not be family members, and they must be able to comment regarding your character, gifts, and calling.
  4. Application Deadline - Students are advised to apply as early as possible to ensure a place in the school. Admission is awarded on a first come basis of those applicants having submitted a completed application.
  5. After receiving al necessary documents needed (completed application, photo, references, application fee), your application will be reviewed, and you will be sent a letter of acceptance.
  6. Within 30 days of receiving your letter of acceptance, you are required to submit a deposit of $100 (non-refundable/non-transferable). This holds your place in the school.
